γ射线辐照合成γFe2O3/聚苯乙烯磁性复合微球
γ-ray irradiation synthesis of γ-Fe2O3/polystyrene magnetic composite microspheres
【摘要】 结合 Co γ 射线辐照与分散聚合,分别通过两步法和一步法,在常温常压下,成功地合成了 γ?Fe2O3/ 60聚苯乙烯(γ?Fe2O3/PSt)磁性复合微球,并对复合微球的形成机理进行了探讨。用透射电子显微镜 (TEM)、电子衍射(ED) X 射线衍射(XRD)、付里叶变换红外(FTIR)光谱对样品进行表征和研究。实验结果表明, 、产品为多个 γ?Fe2O3纳米粒子均匀地分散于 PSt 微球中的 γ?Fe2O3/PSt 磁性复合微球,体系中的丙烯酸(AA)对磁性复合微球的形成起到了非常重要的作用。
【Abstract】 By combining dispersion polymerization and γ-ray irradiation, γ-Fe2O3/polystyrene (γ-Fe2O3/PSt) magnetic composite microspheres were produced at room temperatures under ambient pressure via one-step method or two-steps method. Formation mechanisms of the magnetic composite microspheres were studied. The magnetic composite microspheres were characterized and studied with transmission electron microscope (TEM), electron dif- fraction (ED), X-ray diffraction (XRD) and Fourier transform infrared (FTIR) spectroscopy. The results show that the magnetic composite PSt microspheres containing homogeneously dispersed γ-Fe2O3 nanoparticles and the acrylic acid in the system played an important role in the synthesis of the magnetic composite microspheres.
