加速溶剂萃取-气相色谱法分析土壤中菊酯类农药

【摘要】 研究了用加速溶剂萃取仪提取土壤中菊酯类农药的最佳条件。采用正己烷和丙酮(1∶1,V/V)混合溶剂作为提取剂,萃取温度40℃,压力10.3MPa。样品无须净化,样品经提取浓缩后,采用大口径毛细管柱(DB5,30m×0.53mm×1.5μm)分离,ECD检测,外标法定量。回收率为81.4%~103.5%,RSD为2.87%~5.12%。方法简单、快捷、经济。

【Abstract】 The optimun conditions were studied for extraction of pyrethroid pesticide in soil by accelerated solvent extractor. Hexane-acetone mixed solution (1∶1, V/V) was used as extractant. The temperature of extraction was 40℃ and the pressure was 10.3MPa. The samples didn’t need clean-up. Aften extraction and concentration, samples were separated on wide-bore capillary column (DB-5, 30m×0.53mm×1.5 μm) and detected by electron capture detector. External standard method was used for quantification. The recoveries were 81.4%~ 103.5% with RSD of 2.87%~ 5.12%. The method is simple, fast and economical.
