甲苯胺蓝修饰电极的电化学性质及对抗坏血酸的测定
Electrochemical behavior of a toluidine blue modified Au electrode and its application to determination of ascorbic acid
【摘要】 研究了甲苯胺蓝(TB)聚合膜修饰金电极的制备及其电化学性质,并用于抗坏血酸(AA)的测定。在pH 6.5的磷酸盐缓冲溶液中,AA在甲苯胺蓝修饰金电极上产生一灵敏的氧化峰,峰电流与AA的浓度在3.9×10-5~1.0×10-2mol/L范围内呈良好的线性关系,检出限为1.3×10-5mol/L。该电极重现性良好,已用于实际样品中AA的测定。
【Abstract】 Fabrication and electrochemical characteristics of a toluidine blue modified Au electrode were investigated.The electrode was applied to the determination of ascorbic acid.In PBS buffer of pH 6.5,a sensitive oxidation peak was observed.The current is proportional to the concentration of ascorbic acid in the range of 3.9×10-5~1.0×10-2 mol/L with a detection limit of 1.3×10-5 mol/L.The modified electrode has a good-repeatability.It has been applied to the quantitative determination of ascorbic acid in tablets.
