【Abstract】 Magnesium in the chlorophyll can be replaced by hydrogen ion and form demagnesium-chlorophyll. A fluorescence spectrophotometry is established to determine chlorophyll content indirectly with the determination of magnesium released from the chlorophyll. Ferron is used as a fluorescence reagent. The method saves chlorophyll standard samples and is simple, reliable.更多还原
