新型中性载体PVC膜高选择性硫氰酸根电极研究
Studies on thiocyanate-selective PVC membrane electrodes based on an novel neutral carrier
【摘要】 研究了新型Schiff碱对溴苯甲醛缩邻氨基酚过渡金属配合物的阴离子响应行为。实验结果表明:以Cu(Ⅱ)配合物为载体的电极对硫氰酸根具有优良的电位响应性能(pH4.0),电极的线性范围为1.0×10-1~2.0×10-5mol/L,斜率为-59.4mV/dec,检出限为9.0×10-6mol/L。其反Hofmeister选择性次序为:SCN->Sal->I->ClO4->NO2->NO3->Br->SO42->Cl-,研究了阴离子与载体的作用机理,结果表明SCN-与载体中铜原子直接作用。电极可应用于废水及人体唾液中SCN-的测定。
【Abstract】 <Abstrcat>The anion response characteristics of transition metal chelates of a new Schiff bsae N,N′-bis-(4-bromobenzaldehyde)-o-aminophenol complex was systematically investigated in this paper. The result shows that the electrode based on possesses excellent potentiometric response characteristic. The electrode exhibits Nernstian potential linear range for thiocyanate from 1.0×10-1 to 2.0×10-5 mol/L with a detection limit of 9.0×10-6 mol/L and a slope of -59.4 mV/dec in pH 4.0 phosphate buffer solution. An anti-Hofmeister selectivity sequence is the following order: SCN->Sal->I->ClO4->NO2->NO3->Br->SO42->Cl-. The response mechanism is discussed in view of the UV spectroscopy technique. As a result we can find the direct interaction between the central metal and SCN-. The novel electrodes can be used for the determination of thiocyanate in waste water and human saliva.
