【Abstract】 <Abstrcat>Chiral separation of terbutaline by RP-HPLC with a new chiral column Shiseido CD-Ph has been studied. The effects of the content of acetonitrile, pH, column temperature and buffer concentration on the chiral separation of terbutaline were discussed. At the optimal conditions, baseline separation of terbutaline was achieved. The results achieved indicated that the method was reliable, simple, rapid and sensitive and could be applied to routine analysis of enantiomers of terbutaline.更多还原
