【摘要】 在炼油厂XX装置高低压智能监控系统工程中,为了尽可能利用原有DCS系统和各种设备,利用网关/代理服务器法,采用多现场总线将各制造厂商的产品集成在一个自动控制系统中,使不同的总线充分发挥各自的优势,达到共同完成控制任务的目的。避免由于单总线实现的控制系统需要相同厂商产品而浪费原有设备,可为炼油厂节约大笔的设备更换费用。更多还原

【Abstract】 In the project of the oil refinery XX equipments HV and LV intelligent monitoring network system, in order to make use of the original DCS system and equipment, the system integrated the different manufacturers’ production with the Multi-FieldBus by means of Gateway/Agent Mode, in which each fieldbus can give its full play to its superiority perfectly in a respective area, will perform better than the system with just Single-FieldBus. In this way, it can avoid wasting the equipment if the same manufacturer’s equipment will be required in the system of Single-FieldBus, consequently economizing the expenditure of equipment’ chane for the oil refinery.更多还原
