电磁阀开启时二次动作原因分析
Analysis of reason for two movements of solenoid valve when valve opens
【摘要】 为了解决高速开关电磁阀开启时出现的二次动作,基于一种高速开关电磁阀的结构和工作原理,对直流开断电磁阀的测试方法进行了研究,利用TDS3000数字示波器测出高速开关电磁阀在直流励磁阶段的波形,通过对波形的分析,找出高速开关电磁阀开启时二次动作原因,提出避免电磁阀开启时二次动作的措旌。
【Abstract】 In order to solve high-speed switch solenoid valve’s two movements when it opens, based on one kind of high-speed switch solenoid valve structure and work principle, the research is carried out on the test method of direct current open and close solenoid valve, the wave from of high-speed switch solenoid valve of D.C, excitation stage is measured using the TDS3000 digital oscilloscope. Through the wave form analysis, the reason of high-speed switch solenoid valve’s two movements is discovered when it opens. Measures are proposed to avoid the solenoid valve’s two movements when valve opens.
