【摘要】 针对虚拟企业合作伙伴选择问题,在选择的三阶段结构化模型的基础上提出了伙伴选择的评价指标体系,给出了一种基于层次分析法的多目标决策评价策略,结合具体虚拟企业进行了10个伙伴10项指标实例分析,筛选出8个可合作伙伴,并用这8个可合作伙伴的现状及发展前景,验证了层次分析法的多目标决策评价策略科学性和有效性。更多还原

【Abstract】 In view of the question of the on the selection of cooperative partner for virtual enterprise (VE) , this paper puts forward the evaluation index system of partner choice based on the 3-staged model, and a multi-targeted decision evaluation strategy based on Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP). It has combined concrete virtual enterprises and carried out 10 partners and 10 indexes instance analysis, and screened 8 cooperative partners. And it is proved that AHP is scientific and effective in the choice of cooperative partners through the analysis of the current situation and development prospect of cooperative partners.更多还原
