【摘要】 介绍了 SXK-1 型改性乳化沥青的研制情况。讨论了基质沥青的选择、改性剂的选择、乳化剂的研制等问题。阐述了 SXK-1型乳化沥青和乳化沥青混合料的性能测试、乳化剂对基质沥青性能影响、改性效果评价 SXK-1 型改性乳化沥青在公路养护工程中的应用情况。研究证明,SXK-1 型改性乳化沥青性能稳定、与石料粘附性好、能适应多种石料,基本达到慢裂快凝乳化效果。更多还原

【Abstract】 Modified emulsified asphalt is widely applied to the maintenance of highway project, which has many good merits. Introduces research on SXK-1 modified emulsified asphalt. It discusses choice of matrix asphalt, choice of modifier, study on emulsifier etc. It defines performance test of SXK-1 emulsion and mixture, effects of emulsified substance on matrix asphalt, evaluation of modification effect etc. The paper introduces SXK-1 modified emulsified asphalt’s application in the maintenance of highway project. The result of research indicates that SXK-1 modified emulsified asphalt has excellent performance of good stability, tight adhesion to the mineral aggregate, wide applicability to many mineral aggregates, slow-setting and fast-curing.更多还原
