分光光度法测定生物试样中的黄蝶呤
Spectrophotometric Determination of Xanthopterin in Biological Samples
【摘要】 在pH 1.7条件下,黄蝶呤可将Fe3+还原为Fe2+,Fe2+与1,10-邻二氮菲形成有色络合物(λmax=510 nm),借此可用光度法测定黄蝶呤。黄蝶呤的含量在0~30μg/25mL范围内符合比耳定律。本法已应用于合成样中黄蝶呤的测定,结果满意。
【Abstract】 It has been observed that xanthopetrin can reduce Fe3+to Fe2+ in acidic solution and then Fe2+ can form color complex with 1,10-phenanthroline.Xanthopetrin can be detected by measuring the absorbance of the complex.Based on this fact,a new spectrophotometry for the determination of xanthopterin was proposed.Beer’s law was obeyed in the range of 0 to 30 μg xanthopterin/25mL.The developed method has been applied to the determination of xanthopterin in synthetic samples with satisfactory results.
