碲化镉纳米晶荧光猝灭法测定痕量铜(Ⅱ)
Fluorescence Quenching Method for the Determination of Copper(Ⅱ) with CdTe Nanocrystals
【摘要】 制备了水溶性的CdTe纳米晶。基于铜(Ⅱ)离子在pH=7.80的磷酸盐缓冲溶液中对该纳米晶的荧光具有较强的猝灭作用,建立了一种测定铜(Ⅱ)离子的新方法。在最佳条件下,体系的相对荧光强度(△F)与铜(Ⅱ)离子的浓度呈线性关系,线性范围为8.0~320.0μg/L,其线性回归方程为:△F=-8.18-0.14c(μg/L);检出限为3.24μg/L。本方法用于实际样品中痕量铜的测定,结果令人满意。
【Abstract】 CdTe nanocrystals(NCs) were synthesized and modified by using 3-mercaptopropionic acid(MPA) in aqueous solution.A new fluorescence method has been developed for the determination of copper(Ⅱ) based on its quenching effect on the florescence intensity of CdTe nanocrystals in pH=7.8 phosphate buffer solution.Under optimum condition,the relative fluorescence intensity is linearly proportional to the concentration of copper(Ⅱ) from 8.0 μg/L to 320.0 μg/L.The linear equation is △F=-8.18-0.14c(μg/L),and the limit of detection is 3.24 μg/L for copper(Ⅱ).The method has been used to determine trace amounts of copper(Ⅱ) in hair samples with satisfactory results.
