GC-MS联用鉴定17α-乙炔基雌二醇光降解的产物
Identification of Photodegradation Product of 17α-ethynylestradiol Using GC-MS
【摘要】 采用BSTFA衍生化并结合GC-MS的方法鉴定出了硅藻引发17α-乙炔基雌二醇(EE2)光降解的中间产物10ε-17α-二羟基-1,4-乙炔基雌二烯-3-酮。对EE2的降解机理进行了探讨,认为EE2在光降解过程中,分子中的C3和C10原子容易受到电子的攻击,氧化生成羰基或羟基化合物。
【Abstract】 BSTFA derivatization coupled with GC-MS were used to identify photocatalysis degradation product of 17α-ethynylestradiol induced by Nitzschia hantzschiana.10ε-17α-Dihydroxy-1,4-ethinylstradien-3-one was identified.It could be concluded that in the course of photodegradation of EE2,C3 or C10 atoms should be the sites at which is subject to the electron attack and oxidization of EE2 into carbonyl or hydroxyl compounds.
