193nm ArF准分子激光剥蚀等离子体质谱测定富钴结壳中的稀土元素
Determination of Rare Earth Elements in Rich-Co Crust by 193 nm ArF Excimer Laser Ablation-Inductively Coupled Plasma Mass Spectrometry
【摘要】 采用193 nm ArF准分子(Excimer) 激光剥蚀ICP MS测定了富钴结壳中痕量稀土元素。比较了27Al、49Ti作为内标元素时稀土元素的LA ICP MS分析信号的响应行为。结果表明,27Al与稀土元素具有相似的激光剥蚀行为以及等离子体激发、电离特征;以Al为内标元素,NIST610玻璃标准为外标,可有效抑制基体效应和灵敏度漂移的影响。方法的检出限为1.2~15.8 ng/g,用于标准参考物质中稀土元素的测定,测定结果的相对标准偏差(n=5) 在2.2%~6.4%,测定值与标准参考值的相对误差小于6.5%。
【Abstract】 A method of determination of rare earth elements in rich-cobalt crust by 193 nm ArF Excimer Laser ablation-inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometry was developed.The response behavior of analytical signal of rare-earth elements in LA-ICP-MS has been compared in detail,using 27Al and 49Ti as internal normalized element,respectively.The experimental result indicated that 27Al has the similar laser ablation behavior,plasma exciting and ionization characteristic with rare-earth elements.The matrix effect and sensitivity drift could be restrained effectively by using Al as the internal element and NIST 610 glass standard reference material as the external standard simultaneously.The precision and accuracy of the analysis result could be improved markedly.The proposed method was applied to analysis of rare-earth elements in rich-cobalt crust standard reference materials.The detection limit of element measured was in range of 1.2~15.8 ng/g.The relative standard deviation (RSD,n=5) was among 2.2%~6.4%.The relative error between measured value and certified value was less than 6.5%.
