气相色谱-质谱法分析研究野生菱角壳中多糖化合物的单糖组成
Studies of the Monosaccharide in Polysaccharides of the Hull of Natural Water Chestnut by Gas Chromatograpahy-Mass Spectrometry
【摘要】 采用乙醇分级沉淀法,首次从野生菱角壳中提取出 4种多糖化合物,利用气相色谱 质谱法,确定了菱角多糖分别由阿拉伯糖,鼠李糖,木糖,甘露糖,半乳糖,葡萄糖,乳糖和蜜二糖组成,其中以葡萄糖,半乳糖,甘露糖和木糖为主。
【Abstract】 Four polysaccharides precipitated by ethanol from the hull of water chestnut are reported. The monosaccharide compositions have been determined by their retention times and characteristic gas chromatography mass spectrometry fragmentation patterns. The polysaccharides are composed of arabinose, rhamnose, xylose , mannose, galactose, glucose, lactose and melibiose. The major monosaccharide components are determined as glucose, galactose, monose and xylose.
