用Weibull方法评价化学介质对PBO纤维统计强度的影响

【摘要】 以Weibull统计模型和最弱连接理论为基础,研究了经6种化学介质处理的5cm长PBO单纤维的统计强度及强度分布,并与未经处理的PBO纤维比较。用SEM对纤维表面进行了观察,分析了其强度变化的原因。结果表明,酸性介质对PBO纤维强度及强度分散性影响较大,且盐酸和硫酸对纤维的破坏有不同的机理。

【Abstract】 The statistical strength and distribution of 5cm PBO single fiber treated with six different chemical (mediums) were researched based on Weibull/weakest-link model. The results were compared with the untreated PBO fiber, and the surface of the fiber was analyzed by SEM. The results show that acidic mediums have more effects on the strength and distribution of PBO fiber, and the break mechanisms are different between treatments by HCl and by H2SO4.
