近亲生育个体的基因联合概率分布及应用
The Joint Genotype Distribution of Inbred Individuals and Its Application
【摘要】 本文对近亲生育个体之间的性状一致的等位基因分类追踪至非近亲生育的祖代个体,利用非近亲生育的个体的基因型的联合概率以及传递概率来得出近亲生育下的两个个体的基因联合概率分布。
【Abstract】 In this paper, we derive the joint genotype distribution of two inbred individuals by means of the joint genotype distribution of noninbred individuals of ancestors.
