BaTiO3瓷粉水基流延成型的研究

【摘要】 本文以BaTiO3瓷粉为原料,聚丙烯酸酯类水性粘合剂为载体,通过水基流延成型成功制备了20~25μm的电子陶瓷素坯膜;研究了水性粘合剂对浆料的流变性、流延素坯膜的力学性能及微观结构的影响。结果表明,水性粘合剂的用量为10%时,流延素坯膜的综合性能较好,Ba-TiO3在粘合剂中分散均匀。

【Abstract】 Green ceramic sheets from 20 to 25μm were made by an aqueous tape-casting system,which was BaTiO3 as ceramic powder and water-soluble acrylic binder as binder in the water-based system. The slips and their properties were evaluated.Acrylic binder had a dramatic effect both on slip rheology and green sheet properties.The microstucture of the green sheets was investigated as well.It showed that the green sheet properties were best when binder concentration was 10%,and the ceramic powders were evenly dispersed.
