【摘要】 本文介绍了微晶玻璃/金属复合材料的基础玻璃配方设计原则及制备的基本工艺;通过对基本玻璃热膨胀系数随时间变化关系、差热分析、X射线测试、流散性的测定等试验分析,确定了基础玻璃的转化点、软化点、核化温度、晶化温度和主晶相,从而确定了微晶玻璃和金属复合的温度、时间,为材料的生产提供一定的参考价值。更多还原

【Abstract】 The designed principle of basic glass chemical composing and Glass-ceramic/metal compound material producing techniques were introduced in the article.By testing and analyzing glass expansion coefficient,DTA,XRD,fluid quality,TG?Tf,nucleus and crystal temperature,main crystal were confirmed.Finally the optimal composite temprature and prepared time were concluded,which would provide reference to the material manufacture.更多还原
