【摘要】 目的:探讨了糖尿病肾病患者治疗前后血浆内皮素和血管内皮生长因子(VEGF)水平的变化及意义。方法:分别应用R IA和ELISA对69例糖尿病患者进行了血浆ET和VEGF水平测定,并与35名正常健康人作比较。结果:在治疗前血浆ET和VEGF水平非常显著地高于正常人组(P<0.01),经治疗后3个月,血浆ET和VEGF水平降低,但与正常人比较仍有显著性差异(P<0.05)。结论:检测糖尿病肾病患者血浆ET和VEGF水平对了解病情、观察疗效与病情的发生和发展密切相关。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the clinical significance of the changes of plasma ET and VEGF levels after treatment in patients with diabetic nephropathy.Methods Plasma ET(with RIA) and VEGF(with ELISA) levels were determined both before and after treatment in 60 patients with diabetic nephropathy as well as in 35 controls.Results Before treatment,the plasma levels of ET and VEGF were significantly higher than those in controls(P<0.01).After three months of treatment,the levels dropped markedly,but still remained significantly higher than those in the controls(P<0.05).Conclusion Plasma ET and VEGF levels in patients with diabetic nephropathy were closely related to the severity of the disease process and could be taken as an indictor of treatment efficacy.更多还原
