【摘要】 目的:研究降植烷诱导的关节炎(pristaneinducedarthritis,PIA)大鼠血清白介素-6(IL-6)的动态变化。方法:用pristane免疫大鼠建立PIA动物模型,放射免疫分析检测血清IL-6的水平。结果:大鼠血清IL-6水平在pristane免疫后的1、3、8周增高,与免疫前比较有显著性差异(P<0.01),出现2次高峰分别在1和8周;5周IL-6下降,与1周比较有显著性差异(P<0.01)。结论:IL-6可能有参与了PIA发病、反复和进展。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To study the dynamic changes of serum IL-6 levels in rat models with pristane induced arthritis. Methods Rat models of arthritis were prepared with subcutaneous injection of pristane, serum IL-6 levels were determined with RIA in the rat models before pristane injection and 1, 3, 5, 8w later. Results Serum IL-6 levels in the rat models were significantly higher 1, 3, 8 w after pristane injection than those before injection (P<0.01). The levels dropped significantly 5w after injection (vs 1wk P<0.01), but rose again with a second peak at 8w. Conclusion IL-6 possibly participated in the initiation progression and relapse of the pristane induced arthritis in rat models.更多还原
