【摘要】 目的 探索临床路径在胆囊切除术病人中的实施效果。方法 采用随机抽样的研究方法,将患者分成 两组,每组240例。对照组实施整体护理,实验组在整体护理的基础上实施临床路径。将两组患者的平均住院天 数、平均医疗费用、并发症发生率及患者满意度进行比较。结果 实施临床路径后,实验组病人的平均住院天数、医 疗费用下降明显,而患者的满意度有较大幅度的提高;两组患者术后并发症和预后比较无统计学差异。结论 临床 路径作为一种科学的护理模式,可合理使用有限的卫生资源,提高工作效率,保证护理质量。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To study the outcome by applying clinical pathway for patients with cholecystectomy. Methods Sample patients were randomly selected. Holistic nursing care was applied in control group (240 cases ). Holistic nursing care and Clinical pathway were applied in experimental groups (240 cases ). After applying clinical pathway, comparison in patients’ average days of hospitalization, average hospitalization costs, functional rehabilitation and degree of satisfaction between the two groups were conducted. Results After applying clinical pathway, the average days of hospitalization were shorten obviously. The hospitalization costs were reduced; but the functional rehabilitation and degrees of satisfaction had all shown some improvement. There is no significant differences observed between the compared groups. Conclusion As a scientific nursing mode, the clinical pathway will be helpful in rational using limited health resource, improving working efficiency and nursing quality. It’s worth widely popularizing in clinical nursing practice .更多还原
