Cl~-浓度对CrCoMo不锈钢耐蚀性能的影响
EFFECT OF Cl~- CONCENTRATION ON CORROSION RESISTANCE OF CrCoMo STAINLESS STEEL
【摘要】 采用循环极化研究了CrCoMo不锈钢在去离子水和不同浓度NaCl溶液中的腐蚀行为,探讨了Cl-浓度对其耐蚀性能的影响。结果表明,在NaCl溶液中,CrCoMo不锈钢的耐蚀性能变差,且随着Cl-浓度增加,耐蚀性能降低;腐蚀形貌呈现孔蚀特征。第二相沿晶界析出及夹杂物的存在,使CrCoMo不锈钢表面难以形成完整钝化膜。
【Abstract】 The corrosion behavior of CrCoMo stainless steel in distilled water and NaCl sol ution of different concentration was investigated by cyclic polarization. And th e effect of Cl~- concentration on corrosion resistance was discussed. The resul ts show that the CrCoMo stainless steel exhibits less corrosion resistance in NaCl solution. And the corrosion resistance decreased with Cl~- concentration increa si ng. Morphology of corrosion presents pitting corrosion character. It is difficul t for a complete passive film to form on the surface due to the second-phase in tergranular precipitations and inclusions in CrCoMo stainless steel.
