【摘要】 目的探讨系统性红斑狼疮(SLE)患者外周血B淋巴细胞亚群的变化及其与体液免疫功能的关系。方法用流式细胞仪检测了27例SLE患者及16名正常对照人群的外周血B淋巴细胞亚群,并分析其与体液免疫功能的关系。结果SLE患者外周血B1淋巴细胞亚群的百分比、B1淋巴细胞亚群/B2淋巴细胞亚群的比值显著高于正常对照,并且与体内外周血中免疫球蛋白IgM的量呈正相关。除此之外,抗dsDNA抗体阳性组的SLE患者外周血B1淋巴细胞亚群(%)及B1/B2比值均高于阴性组。结论SLE患者外周血B1淋巴细胞亚群存在异常,可能与SLE患者体内的体液免疫异常有关,并在SLE的发病中具有重要作用。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To study B lymphocyte subsets in periphral blood of patients with systemic lupus erythematosus (SLE) and its relationship with humour immunity. Methods Blood samples and clinical data from 27 patients were collected. B lymphocyte subsets in periphral blood of patients with SLE were detected by fiow cytometry. The B lymphocyte subsets and its relationship with humour immunity were analyzed. Results The percentage of B1 lymphocyte subsets in periphral blood in patients with SLE and the ratio of B1/B2 lymphocyte subset were higher than those in normal control, and had positive correlation to the level of IgM. In patients with SLE, the percentage of B1 lymphocyte subsets and the ratio of B1/B2 lymphocyte subset were higher in anti-dsDNA-Ab positive group then in anti-dsDNA-Ab negative group. Conclusion B lymphocyte subsets in periphral blood of patients with SLE are abnormal and may play a role in the pathogenesis of SLE were the way of humour immunity.更多还原
