【摘要】 目的:评估腹腔镜辅助直肠癌根治性手术的可行性。方法: 3例低位直肠癌患者在腹腔镜辅助下行直肠癌根治术,其中2例行腹会阴联合切除术(Mile’s), 1例行直肠癌根治乙状结肠拖出吻合术(Park’s)。结果: 3例手术均获成功,手术时间分别为180、150和190min。住院时间分别为12d、14d和17d。直肠系膜均完整切除,无输尿管及邻近脏器损伤。术后3~4d胃肠道功能恢复并进流质饮食。两端切缘及直肠系膜检查未见癌细胞。结论:腹腔镜辅助下直肠癌根治术是可行的,易于推广应用。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To evaluate the feasibility of laparoscopyassisted radical rectal excision.Methods:Radical rectal excisions assisted by laparoscopy were performed in 3 patients,included 2 Mile’s operations and 1 Park’s operation.Results:The total mesorectal excisions were all performed successfully in the three cases,with no rectal rupture,ureter damage.The surgical times were 180min,150min and 190min,and the hospitalization were 12 ,14 and 17 days,respectively.There were no residual tumor in the mesorectum and the cut end of rectum. At 3 to 4 postoperative days the gastrointestinal functions werere covered and the low residue diet was used.Conclusions:It is feasibility to performed the radical rectal excision with the assist of laparoscopy,and it is easy to use in the clinical practice.更多还原
