【摘要】 目的 :探讨改良后腹腔镜卵巢畸胎瘤手术方式的可行性。方法 :采用改良后的腹腔镜卵巢畸胎瘤手术方式 ,观察 2 35例患者手术中的各项指标及术后患者的康复情况。结果 :2 35例患者平均手术时间70min ,平均出血量 10 0ml,术后恢复良好。 5例皮下气肿 ,6例皮下淤血及 3例穿刺孔愈合欠佳 ,经对症处理恢复良好。术后随访无远期并发症发生。结论 :改良后的腹腔镜卵巢畸胎瘤手术方式安全可行 ,且省却了部分步骤 ,值得推广应用。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To explore the feasibility of modified laparoscopic operation on ovarian teratoma.Methods:Modified laparoscopic operation on ovarian teratoma was performed in235cases.The indexses in operations and recovery after operations were observed.Results:In the235cases,the average operation time was70minutes and the average blood loss was100ml.5cases of subcutaneous emphysema,6cases of subcutaneous hemorrhage and3cases of puncturing eye-let indolence were all well restored after treatment.There were no long-term syndromes at the time of follow-up.Conclu-sions:It is feasible of the modified laparoscopy on ovarian teratoma which omits part of the procedure and is worthy to be popularized.更多还原
