【摘要】 目的:研究不同浓度的乙醇酸对酪氨酸酶活性的抑制作用。方法:分别用不同浓度的乙醇酸测定各自对酪氨酸酶活性的抑制率。结果:0.1%,0.5%,1.0%,2.0%,3.0%,5.0%的乙酸对酪氨酸酶活性的抑制率分别为21.21%,27.06%,46.61%,60.15%,53.78%,53.43%。结论:2.0%的乙醇酸对酪氨酸酶活性抑制作用最强。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To study the inhibitory effects of Glycolic acid in different concentration on the activity of tyrosinase EC. Methods The inhibitory rates of Glycolic acid in defferent concentration to the ac tivity of tyrosinase EC were measured. Results The inhibitory rates of Glycolic acid in different concentration (0.1%,0.5%,1.0%,2.0%,3.0%,5.0%) to t he activity of tyrosinase EC were 21.21%,27.06%,46.61%,60.15%,53.78%,53.43% resp ectively.
