雾化参数对H70黄铜粉粒度分布的影响
Effect of atomizing parameters on particle size distribution of brass powder H70
【摘要】 从气体动力学和流体力学分析了雾化气体压力、金属熔体温度和导液管内径对H70黄铜雾化粉末粒度分布的影响。结果表明:适当地提高气体压力和金属熔体温度或者减小导液管内径,均能使雾化粉末细粉量增加。当雾化气体压力为1.3 MPa,金属熔体温度为1 160℃,导液管内径为3.5 mm时,所制得粉末的粒度分布最理想。
【Abstract】 The influence of the gas pressure,the metal melt temperature and the inner-diameter of melt delivery tube on particle size distribution of H70 brass powder was studied in light of gas kinetics and hydromechanics.Results show that quantity of fine powder can be increased when the gas pressure and melt temperature are properly increased or the inner-diameter of melt delivery tube is reduced.The particle size distribution reach optimum when gas pressure is 1.3 MPa,melt temperature 1 160 ℃ and inner-diameter of melt delivery tube 3.5 mm.
