低成本高比重细长钨钉配重零件的研制
FABRICATION OF LOW COST HIGH SPECIFIC DENSITY W-BASE WEIGHT BALANNCING PIN
【摘要】 本文采用传统的粉末冶金压制成形工艺,通过混料、压制、脱胶、烧结和机加工,可生产出完全符合要求的高比重细长钨钉零件。与注射成形工艺相比,简化了生产工艺,提高了生产效率,大大降低了生产成本,取得了良好的经济效益。
【Abstract】 The fabrication of low cost high specific W-base weight balancing pin using convertional powder metallurgy technology is presented.Through powder mixing,compacting,delubricanting,sintering and minor machining,the qualified weight balancing pin can be manufactured.Compared with injection molding,this process,more efficient and more economical.
