C/C复合材料中高温抗氧化涂层的性能

【摘要】 制备了适用于工作温度高于1273K的C/C复合材料抗氧化涂层,它由SiO2、SiC和ZrAlCrY系陶瓷相构成。测量了氧-乙炔焰灼烧5、10、15、20s后涂层试样的质量损失,其平均质量损失率为7.91×10-4g/(cm2·min);涂层试样2h内经过10次室温至1273K急冷急热循环后质量损失率为13.9%,涂层基本完好,说明涂层在1273K以上的高温环境下具有良好的抗氧化性能,但其抗热震性能较中温涂层有所降低。同时对陶瓷粉末粒径对涂层性能的影响进行了研究,得出用较小粒径原料粉末制备的陶瓷涂层的抗氧化性能和抗热震性能较好。该种涂层适合于高温环境下不要求多次重复使用的C/C复合材料的抗氧化保护。

【Abstract】 An oxidation protection coating on carbon-carbon composites with work temperature over 1273K was prepared, which consists of SiO2, SiC and Zr-Al-Cr-Y ceramic phase.The oxidative mass losses of coated samples burned 5, 10, 15, 20s respectively by O2-C2H2 were measured, their average oxidative mass loss rate is 7.91×10 -4g/(cm2·min); and the oxidative mass loss is 13.9% after being thermally circulated in air from 1273K to room temperature and vice versa for 10 times in 2h, The perfect condition of the tested coatings indicates that the coatings can provide attractive oxidation protection performance over the temperature of 1273K; but its thermal shock resistance decreases to some extent. The effect of powder size to performance was studied meanwhile, the results show that smaller size of powder contributes better performances in both oxidation protection and thermal shock resistance . Therefore, the developed oxidation protection coating can be adapted to oxidative protection of carbon-carbon composites being no required for a long term of recirculating operations at high temperature.
