【Abstract】 The combination of complexity science with management is the important aspect of development of complexity science, and is becoming a new research issue in the domain of interdisciplinary subjects. Innovation is a complex dynamic process of the interaction between the factors of the knowledge, economy and society, and is a complex non-linear system. Based on the introduction to the theory of complexity science management, the paper analyzes the complexity of enterprise innovation and expatiates on the mechanism of enterprise innovation by using the theory of complexity science management . It deems that the stotingchastic fluctuation is a motive for innovation, and the self-organization double loop learning is prerequisite for innovation, and the interaction of legitimacy system and shadow system is the fundamental mechanism of innovation, the integration of the new resources is a key way to enhance the innovation ability.更多还原
