【Abstract】 Land and labor forces are the most important means by which farmers create wealth. Reasonable deployment and use of them are the premises to guarantee the effectiveness and the circulation is the inherent requirement. Land circulation and labor force transfer are mutually related. Based on the relevant analysis of the example of Chongqing, the writers of this paper conclude that farmers’ non-agricultural income, the government policies, and the farmers’ education degree are the very important factors that influence land circulation and labor force transfer in the countryside.更多还原
