【摘要】 目的研究大豆甙元对去卵巢大鼠的子宫重量、形态及其雌激素受体的影响。方法选择Wistar大鼠40只,随机分为假手术组、模型组、阳性对照组及大豆甙元组,每组10只,给药6周后处死大鼠,分离摘取子宫,称重,常规石蜡包埋,切片,分别进行ERα、β免疫组织化学染色及HE染色。结果大豆甙元能使去卵巢大鼠子宫重量增加,内膜增厚,并上调雌激素受体的表达,但作用弱于雌激素。结论大豆甙元具有雌激素活性。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To study the effect of dadizein on the weight, configuration and estrogen receptor expression of uterus in oophorectomy rats. Methods A total of 40 adult female Wistar rats were divided into 4 groups:the sham-operated group (10 rats), the model group (10 rats), the estrogen group (10 rats) and the daidzein group (10 rats). After 6-week treatment, all rats were killed and the uteri were excised and examined using immunohistologic and HE staining. Results The weight and the thickness of uterus increased after daidzein treatment, as well as the estrogen receptor expression, but the effect was weaker than that of estrogen.
