【摘要】 目的探讨小儿乙状结肠冗长症的临床特点、诊断及治疗。方法分析我院收治的8例乙状结肠冗长症的临床资料。结果保守治疗症状有改善,手术治疗效果满意。结论小儿乙状结肠冗长症的临床表现以慢性便秘和间歇性腹痛为主要症状;诊断有赖于X线钡灌肠检查。治疗首选非手术疗法,无效时,可采用乙状结肠直肠切除、降结肠直肠斜行吻合。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To explore the clinical characteristics and management of Dolichotsigmoid in children.Methods Eight cases of dolichotsigmoid were treated from 1998 and their clinical data were analyzed.Results With conservative treatment,symptoms could be released.Those with surgical operations got satisfactory outcome.Conclusion Clinical characteristics of dolichotsigmoid are chronic constipation and intermittent abdominal pain.The diagnosis could be confirmed by barium enema.Conservative treatment is preferred,and surgical operation is only applied to those with severe symptoms.更多还原
