【摘要】 目的观察抗生素联合丙种球蛋白治疗老年人肺部感染疗效。方法75例老年(年龄>60岁)严重肺部感染患者随机分为两组,A组为治疗组(36例),在综合治疗基础上加用丙种球蛋白5~10克/日静滴3~5天;B组为对照组(39例),常规综合治疗。对两组临床疗效进行比较。结果A组第3天体温较B组下降明显(P<0.05)、第5天白细胞计数较B组下降明显(P<0.01)、肺部阴影消退时间较B组缩短(P<0.01),病死率较B组下降(P<0.01),均有显著性差异。结论治疗老年人肺部感染时,联合使用丙种球蛋白可加快炎症吸收,降低死亡率。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To observe curative effects of combination therapy of antibiotics and gamma globulin on aged patients with pneumonic affect.Methods Seventy-five cases were randomly divided into two groups:treatment group A(36 cases) and control group B(39 cases).All the patients in two groups were treated with antibiotics,relieving cough and expelling the phlegm,dilated bronchia,inhalation oxygen,correct water-dielectric and acid-basic balance disturbance.The patients in the treatment group were also treated with gamma globulin 5-10 g/day vein drop 3-5 day.Results Group A body temperature were lower clearly than it in group B in third day(P<0.05).The counts of leukocyte in group A were lower than them in group B in fifth day(P<0.01),regression time of shade in pulmonary X-ray photogram shortening significant in group A.Conclusion Antibiotics combined gamma globulin in curing aged patients with pulmonary affects can speed up absorption of inflammation and lowering mortality.更多还原
