【摘要】 目的分析40岁以下患者膀胱移行细胞癌的临床和病理特点以判断其预后和肿瘤生物学特性。方法回顾性总结1997年7月至2004年7月收治的膀胱移行细胞癌患者116例,其中11例患者<40岁(9.5%),105例≥40岁(90.5%),分析比较其肿瘤分化、分期等临床和病理特点。结果11例<40岁患者中,4例为TaG1,4例为T1G1,2例为T1G2,1例为T2G2;随访4个月至7年,仅1例复发(9.1%)。而同期105例≥40岁患者中,15例为TaG1,11例为T1G1,38例为T1G2,12例为T2G1,29例分期分级为T2G2或更高;术后复发率为40%。结论<40岁膀胱移行细胞癌多为低分级和低分期,具有较低的术后复发率。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective The clinical and pathological characteristics of bladder transitional cell cancer in patients under the age of 40 were analyzed to determine if they had a better prognosis and biological behaviour.Methods A retrospective review of bladder transitional cell carcinoma in 116 patients that had been treated between July 1997 to July 2004 was summarizes.Eleven of them（9.5%）were less than 40 years old.The clinical and pathological characteristics such as tumor grade and stage were compared with the elder patients.Results Among the 11 patients under the age of 40 years old,four cases were diagnosed and staged TaG₁,four T₁G₁,two T₁G₂ and one T₂G₂.Recurrence was observed in one case（9.1%） and progression in none.There were 105 patients over 40,including fifteen TaG₁,eleven T₁G₁,thirty eight T₁G₂,twelve T₂G₁,twenty nine T₂G₂ or more higher.The recurrence rate was 40%.Conclusion Transitional cell carcinoma of the bladder in patients less than 40 years old is usually associated with low grade and low stage tumors and low recurrence rate.更多还原
