小鼠卵丘-卵母细胞复合体CD44和间α胰蛋白酶抑制剂的表达
CD44 and Inter-α-Trypsin Inhibitor Expressionin the Cumulus-Oocyte Complexes of Mice
【摘要】 目的探讨CD44和间α胰蛋白酶抑制剂(ITI)在小鼠卵丘-卵母细胞复合体的表达及两者的相关性。方法应用激光扫描共聚焦显微镜和免疫荧光双重染色技术观察小鼠卵丘-卵母细胞复合体中CD44和ITI的分布。结果ITI在小鼠卵丘细胞外基质之间呈阳性表达,CD44存在于卵丘细胞膜表面。结论CD44和ITI的阳性表达可能在卵丘-卵母细胞复合体成熟中起重要作用。
【Abstract】 Objective To investigate CD44 and interα-trypsin inhibitor（ITI） expression in the cumulus-oocyte complex of mice.Methods Distribution of CD44 and ITI in the cumulus-oocyte complex were viewed with laser confocal microscope and immunofluoresence staining.Results ITI was localized in the cumulus matrix,CD44 was expressed in the surface of cumulus cells.Conclusion The positive expression of CD44 and ITI may play a key role in the maturation of cumulus-oocyte complex.
