【Abstract】 Focusing on the Xiamen sea ecosystem,analyzed the problems of marine biological resources and eco-environment quality, the stress on the marine ecosystem from human activities and the management deficiency in Xiamen marine ecosystem protection, using a concept model of " Pressures - States - Responses (PSR)".
