二种微藻多糖与蛋白质提取物的抗菌活性
Antimicrobial Activities of the Polysaccharide andProtein Extracts from Two Species of Microalgae
【摘要】 从二种微藻(海水小球藻和紫球藻)中提取粗多糖与粗蛋白质,利用纸片法进行了抑菌实验.结果表明,二种微藻蛋白质与多糖提取物显示了不同程度的抑制细菌和真菌活性.多糖提取物抗菌谱比蛋白质提取物抗菌谱广.海水小球藻多糖提取物对中华根霉与稻瘟病菌有极强的抗菌活性.紫球藻多糖提取物抗细菌与抗真菌活性没有明显差别.二种微藻蛋白质提取物抗真菌活性比抗细菌活性大.
【Abstract】 <Abstrcat>The crude polyaccharides and proteins were extracted from the two species of microalgae (Chlorella pacifica and Porphyridium cruentum).These crude extracts were tested for the antimicrobial activities using the agar disc diffusion method. The result showed that polysaccharide and protein extracts from the two species of microalgae have varying amount of activities against gram positive bacteria and fungi. Antimicrobial spectrum of polysaccharide extracts was wider than that of protein extracts from the species of two microalgae.The polyaccharide extracts from Chlorella pacifica have strong activities against Rhizopus chinensis Saito and Piricularia oryzae Cav .There were few differences between antibacterial activities and antifungal activitie of polysaccharide extracts from Porphyridium cruentum.Antifungal activities were stronger than antibacterial activity of protein extracts from the two microalgae.
