【Abstract】 The lectin from Tegillarca granosa Linnaeus can agglutinate 14 kinds of erythrocytes of animals and human, and its agglutination activity on the erthrocytes from rabbit was the highest among them. The lectin exhibited agg1utination activity on cells of the lung, peripheral lymphocytes, liver, bone marrow cells of mouse and rat, as well perm cells from mouse. The hemagglutination activity for rabbit erythrocytes can not be inhibited by 10 kinds of saccharides(200 mmol·L^-1).更多还原
