纳米碳酸钙湿法表面改性研究
Study on Wet Surface Modification of Nanometer Calcium Carbonate
【摘要】 采用硬脂酸钠对纳米碳酸钙进行湿法表面改性,研究了多种酸和碱调节碳酸钙浆液pH值的改性效果,用活化度和吸油值对改性碳酸钙进行了表征。结果表明:纳米碳酸钙碳化终点的pH值为7,对产品的活化效果最好,实际生产时应严格控制碳化程度,加强煅烧与精制工序的工艺控制。
【Abstract】 Nanom eter calcium carbonate was treated with sodium stearate.The CaCO3 modified under different pH values adjusted by several kinds of acid and alkali was character ized by activation value and oil-absorbed value.The study indicates that the efficiency of hydrophobic activation is best when the carbonized final pH value is 7.Consequently,the degree of carbonization and the technic indexes of calcinat ion and refinement procedure should be controlled accurately in production.
