Cr3+改性膨润土除酚效果及再生研究
The Adsorption of 1,4-dihydroxybenzene on Cr3+Modified Bentonite & Its Regeneration
【摘要】 Cr3+改性膨润土铬含量明显增加,层间距扩大,实验条件下处理对苯二酚废水,最大去除率可达90%以上。在强酸强碱及吸附不同浓度的对苯二酚条件下,铬离子基本不溶出。在25℃、pH值为8的条件下,吸附平衡浓度达国家工业废水第二类污染物一级排放标准时,改性土的饱和吸附量为88mg/g。铬改性膨润土可通过加热、酸、碱再生。碱再生效果好于酸再生。铬改性土处理每kg酚只需7元,成本远低于活性炭及有机膨润土。
【Abstract】 The mass curves of Cr3+ modified bentonite were obtained when initial concentrations are 3,5,10 and 20mg/L respectively.The equilibrium concentrations of 1,4-dihydroxybenzene met the first criterion of national industrial waster water for the second category contaminants under conditions of 20℃、pH=8.The saturated adsorption amount of Cr3+ bentonite is 88mg/g.The second pollution can not take place during the adsorption course.The regeneration of Cr3+ modified bentonite can obtained by heating, basic and acid processes.The cost of adsorption of 1,4-dihydroxybenzene is 7 yuan/kg that is far lower than organic bentonite and activated carbon.
