内蒙古某地膨润土有机改性及其影响因素

【摘要】 以内蒙古某地天然膨润土为原料,通过有机膨润土改性过程各主要因素的分析和讨论,得出制备有机膨润土的主要影响因素和最佳工艺,并通过红外光谱分析和分散性实验对最佳条件下的产品进行了性能评价。结果表明,该区膨润土可制得性能较好的有机膨润土。

【Abstract】 Organic bentonite was prepared through sodium version and treated with quaternary ammonium salt, taking natural bentonite as raw material.The major factors on synthetic process of the organic bentonite such as pH value, reaction time and temperature,adding quantity of quaternary ammonium salt, were discussed and the optimum coversion conditions were obtained. The product of organic bentonite was analyzed by means of FT-IR and its dispersibility was tested. The results show that natural bentonite could be converted into organic bentonite under optimum conversion conditions.
