基因芯片扫描中PM T信号增益与信噪比
PMT signal plus and signal/noise in the microarray scanning
【摘要】 用Cy3标记DNA片段,打印在聚赖氨酸包被的载玻片上,制作DNA芯片.在不同的光电耦合装置(photoelectric mu lti-p lication tube,PMT)电压下对DNA芯片进行扫描,研究PTM信号增益与信噪比之间的关系.结果表明,PTM信号增益仅在一定范围内与信噪比呈正相关.
【Abstract】 DNA microarrays were made by printing DNA fragments labelled with Cy3 onto the slides coated with poly-L-lysine.Then the DNA microarrays were scanned under different voltage of the photoelectric multiplication tube(PMT) to study the relationship between the PMT signal plus and the signal/noise.The result suggested that the PMT signal plus was linear to signal/noise in a certain range.
