香蕉枯萎病防治剂的筛选

【摘要】 分别以孢子萌发法与菌丝生长法测定了9种杀菌剂对香蕉枯萎病菌(Fusarium oxysporiumf.sp.cubense)的毒力,并对接种香蕉枯萎病菌10 d的香蕉组培苗分别灌注9种杀菌剂进行药效测定.根据测定结果筛选出质量分数为45%的噁霉灵.溴菌腈(WP)、质量分数为70%的噁霉灵(WP)、质量分数为10%的多抗霉素(WP)3种药剂.对这3种供试药剂进行田间药效试验,结果表明,225、300 mg.L-1噁霉灵.溴菌腈(WP)、300 mg.L-1噁霉灵(WP)、200 mg.L-1多抗霉素(WP)对香蕉枯萎病的防治效果分别达73.7%-78.9%、68.4%、57.9%,比1 g.L-1多菌灵(WP)的防治效果高20%-40%.

【Abstract】 The toxicity of 9 varieties of fungicides was determined by the method of mycelium growth and spores germination of Fusarium oxysporium f.sp.cubense,and the control effects of the fungicides were determined by using banana plantlets infected by Banana vascular wilt fungi for 10 d.Based on the determined results,the fungicides of 45% mass fraction of hymexazo·bromothalonil(WP),90% mass fraction of hymexazol(SP) and 10% mass fraction of polyoxin(WP) have been selected.The field efficacy trial results showed that the control effects on Banana vascular wilt of 225,300 mg·L-1 hymexazo·bromothalonil(WP) were(73.7%)-78.9%, that of 300 mg·L-1 hymexazol(SP) was 68.4%,that of 200 mg·L-1 polyoxin(WP) was 57.9%.The control effects increased by 20%-40% respectively,compared with that of 1 g·L-1 carbendazim(WP).
