【摘要】 分别以菌丝生长法与孢子囊萌发法测定了氢氧化铜·烯酰吗啉混剂对辣椒疫霉菌(Phytophthora capsici Leonian)的毒力.结果表明,由上述2种药剂混合的5种不同配比的混剂对辣椒疫霉菌菌丝的生长有显著的抑制作用,对孢子囊萌发也有一定的抑制效果,其中以氢氧化铜∶烯酰吗啉为5∶3的混剂抑制作用最为显著,对菌丝生长抑制作用的共毒系数为267,对孢子囊萌发抑制作用的共毒系数为189.更多还原

【Abstract】 Toxicity of mixtures of cupric hydroxide and dimethomorph to Phyto phthora capsici Leonian was determined by inhibiting mycelium growth and germi na tion of zoosporangia of the fungus. The results showed that 5 kinds of mixtures had marked inhibiting effect on mycelium growth and germination of zo osporangia. The mixture (ratio of cupric hydroxide and di me thomorph was 5∶3) had the most significant effect on controling my celi um growth (with the co-toxicity cofficient of 267) and controling germinati on of zoosporangia (with the co-toxicity cofficient of 189).更多还原
