【Abstract】 To obtain the best qualities of Mei tablets,an orthogonal experiment was carried out to study the primary factors that influenced hardness and quality of Mei tablets, and the optimizing technical parameters of Mei tablets processing. The size of pellet,the pressure of making tablets and the content of smooth-additive greatly affected hardness and texture of tablets. Besides,the sense quality, texture and flavor of tablets, pelletizing were also affected by the content of sweet-additives and water.更多还原
