青梅保健含片的研制
Research on the processing of healthy Mei tablet
【摘要】 在单因素筛选的基础上,采用正交试验法,探明制备青梅保健含片的主要影响因素及最佳工艺参数.填充剂的粒度、压片时的压力及润滑剂分别是决定产品硬度及感官组织状态的主次影响因素;此外,甜味剂、水的添加量对产品的口感、感官品质和造粒的难易程度也有重要影响.
【Abstract】 To obtain the best qualities of Mei tablets,an orthogonal experiment was carried out to study the primary factors that influenced hardness and quality of Mei tablets, and the optimizing technical parameters of Mei tablets processing. The size of pellet,the pressure of making tablets and the content of smooth-additive greatly affected hardness and texture of tablets. Besides,the sense quality, texture and flavor of tablets, pelletizing were also affected by the content of sweet-additives and water.
