不同品种番石榴光合特性的研究
Study on the photosynthetic characteristic of different guava cultivars
【摘要】 通过田间对3个番石榴品种光合特性的研究, 结果表明, 珍珠番石榴、水晶番石榴和土种番石榴叶片的光饱和点均为1 400μmol·m-2·s-1, 光补偿点分别为110 04、158 89和170 97μmol·m-2·s-1 光合表观量子产量(AQY)分别为0 011 5, 0 009和0 006 2 当PAR≥800μmol·m-2·s-1时, 珍珠番石榴叶片的Pn、Tr、Cs值最高, 水晶番石榴次之, 土种番石榴叶片的最低 随着PAR的增加, 3个品种番石榴叶片Ci呈逐渐下降趋势, 相同的光照强度下, 珍珠番石榴叶片Ci最低, 水晶番石榴次之, 土种番石榴叶片的Ci最大 珍珠番石榴年株产量显著高于水晶番石榴, 这与其具有较高的光合特性是相适应的
【Abstract】 The photosynthetic characteristic of three different guava cultivars were studied by the field experiment.The result showed that all the light saturation points of Zhenzhu, Shuijing and local cultivars were 1 400 μmol·m-2·s(-1\} and the point compensation point of photosynthesis in leaves of Zhenzhu, Shuijing and local cultivars was 110.04,158.89 and 170.97 μmol·m-2·s-1,the apparent quantum yield(AQY)was 0.011 5,0.009 and 0.006 2, respectively.The values of Pn,Tr and Cs were the highest in leaves of Zhenzhu, Shuijing′s were the second and the local cultivar′s were the lowest when photosynthetic active radiation (PAR) was more than 800 μmol·m-2·s-1.The value of Ci in leaves of three different cultivars declined gradually, it was the lowest in leaves of Zhenzhu and the highest in local′s, Shuijing′s was in the middle under the same PAR.The average yield per year of Zhenzhu was significantly higher than Shuijing′s.It was a kind of adaptability for Zhenzhu to have higher photosynthetic characteristics and higher yield.
