不同材料制造木陶瓷得炭率和硬度的比较
Comparison of Yield Rate of Carbon and Hardness Among Woodceramics Prepared from Various Materials
【摘要】 以杉木、刨花板、胶合板和中密度纤维板为原料 经浸渍树脂后高温烧结,制得木陶瓷 分析比较烧结前后试样 结果表明:试样的炭得率和硬度随升温速度升高而减小 材质不同,硬度差异显著 该研究结果为木陶瓷的生产和利用提供科学的理论依据
【Abstract】 Chinese fir , particleboard, plywood and MDF, as raw materials, soaked with resin and then sintered by high temperature, WCS was obtained. The dates were compared and analysed. The result indicated that ,as the speed of temperature heightening were increased, the yield rate of carbon and hardness of WCS were decreased. The hardness was decreased when the heating rate was increased. The difference of hardness among various materials was remarkable .The results provided with scientific theoretical basis for the production and use of woodceramics.
