【Abstract】 Gender consiciousness and gender behavior do not origlnate from birth but are Shaped by the environment of the family and the restraint of Social culture.This paper puts forth its research of educated women’s development environment in the perspective of gender concept and analyzes the influence of gender concept on educated women’s professional development.Gender analysis is a sharp critical theoretical weapon to reveal the causes of inequality between men and women.The traditional idea of gender should be changed.Educated women themselves must enhance their self-confidence and their concept of life value.The society should appreciate and recognize women’s value so that women can really win equal right and position with men.更多还原
